• Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
• In specific cases and under exceptional circumstances, particularly for large-scale payments, the Company may, subject to prior approval and mutual agreement, permit a 50% advance payment at the time of order placement, with the remaining 50% due upon confirmation that the order is complete and ready for dispatch.

• Customers must upload high-resolution artwork for customization.
• The company reserves the right to reject designs that violate copyright laws or contain offensive content.

• A digital proof of the customized product will be shared for customer approval before production.
• The customer must approve the design within the stipulated time to avoid delays.

• Standard production time varies based on order quantity and complexity.
• Estimated production timelines will be provided during the order process.

• We offer international shipping along with the UAE and Gulf region.
• Delivery times depend on the location and selected shipping method.
• CustomHoodies.ae is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

• All designs and logos provided by the customer remain their intellectual property.
• CustomHoodies.ae retains the right to use completed custom designs for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

• Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
• Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

• Customers may request a revision of their design before final approval.
• Once production starts, no further revisions will be entertained.
• Our design revision offer is free, and you can avail it unlimited times before finalizing the design for printing or embroidery

Our refund policy applies under specific conditions:

• Customers can request a refund only before production begins.
• If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe, a refund will be issued.
• Refunds are granted if the final product is defective or differs from the approved design.
• The refund amount depends on the stage of production at the time of the request.
• Once production has started, refunds are not available for order cancellations due to a change of mind.
• Every refund request undergoes a review process, and customers will be notified of the outcome. Refunds may be processed as store credit or returned to the original payment method.

• CustomHoodies.ae is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care of products.
